This is just what it sounds like.
A simple revision control program for windows.
Copy the executable to "somewhere", run it to set the path for your revision archive, click save.
Now there's a 'Revision' option on the context (right click) list in windows explorer.
Select that, it copies the selected file to your archive path.
No fuss, no muss.
